Shipping Policy for Sports Outlet Express Store

At Sports Outlet Express, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders placed online are given an average of 1-2 buisness day timeframe from being packaged to being shippped out. 
  • Orders placed after 5pm Saturdays will not be seen until the following Monday mornings, as we are not open for buisness on Sundays. We appreciate your understanding with this. 

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders unless otherwise specified by the customer. Please be mindful on which shipping you are choosing for your items.
  • Delivery questions will need to be inquired to the carrier you chose during checkout. 
  • We will always offer our help with your orders to the best we can, we want to specify- once your items are traveling and not inside our store, you will need to contact the carrier you chose for any delivery questions-as we are not the delivery service. 

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status of the shipment.

Pick-Up Option:

  • Customers have the option to pick up their orders from our store location at 549 W Golf Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 during our business hours.
  • To arrange for pick-up, please select the "Pick-Up" option at checkout or contact our customer service team at (847)-364-6410.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination chosen. 
  • Free shipping may be available for orders that meet certain criteria. Please refer to our website or contact us for more information on free shipping eligibility.

Order Tracking:

  • Customers can track the status of their orders using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
