Refund Policy


At Sports Outlet Express we want all customers to be completely satisfied with their
purchase . If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item , we will provide a refund or
exchange as long as you follow return policy .
PURCHASE DATE EXCEPT HOLIDAY ITEMS.(please refer to holiday policy).


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received it.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Holiday Policy

All holiday seasonal items, special event merchandise, can only be exchanged within restricted period . (For example: Christmas items cannot be returned for refund after Christmas )



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

-Put item in the safe box to avoid product damage during shipment ( all caps must be returned in a box)

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
